Hospice of Laramie Wine Gala 2023

Support Hospice with an evening of wine, food, a silent auction, wine pull, and other fun activities

Here's everything you need to know for the evening:

🗓️ Date: September 8th, 2023
🕕 Time: 6:00 PM (VIP & Regular Ticket Holders)

🏛️ Venue: The Alice Hardy Stevens Center- 603 E University Ave, Laramie, WY 82072

🎫Ticket Information:

If you've purchased an In-Person Ticket, get ready for an elegant evening of wine, cider, beer, mead and spirits. Delicious catering will be provided by The Grazing Cowboy. You will have the opportunity to participate in the exciting silent auction right on-site. Non-alcoholic beverages, as well as non-alcoholic wines will be available. Each ticket holder will receive a commemorative Wine Tasting Glass.

💃 Dress is "Wyoming Nice." 💭 Think semi-formal but we wont look at you sideways if you wear your "Nice Jeans" 👖

🍇🧀 If you purchased an Adult Lunchables Ticket- You can stop by the Hospice House at 1754 Centennial Dr, Laramie WY, 82070. Between 5:00pm and 8:00pm on Thursday 9/7, or between 9:00am and 4:00pm on Friday 9/8 to pick up your goodies! If these times don't work for you, please call or text Jessica at (307) 414-6141 and we will make other arrangements! Your package includes commemorative wine glasses, a grazing box from the Grazing Cowboy and Wine Donated by 3rd Street Bar. You'll also have the option to participate in the silent auction online.

😍VIP Ticketholders: You will receive access to exclusive wines, food and a special wine tumbler. Thanks for your continued commitment to Hospice of Laramie! Admission for VIPs is at 6pm.

📧 Silent Auction Bidding: On the day of the event, you will receive an email with a link to the Silent Auction (regardless of the type of ticket you purchased). If you bought your ticket online, you had the option to save your card number and can use that card to bid in the silent auction. If needed, you can add a different card when you start bidding. The silent auction will open at 6 PM. All silent auction bidding happens online, so please make sure to bring your smartphone. Don't have a smartphone? No worries, someone else can bid for you, and you can pay with cash or check at the end of the evening! See below for a sneak peek at some of our silent auction items!

🍷 Wine Pull and Other Games: Don't miss our exciting Wine Pull! For just $25, you can participate through your smartphone with a credit or debit card. Draw a cork that corresponds to a wrapped bottle of wine. There are some very fancy wines as well as some classics. These wines were all generously donated by local individuals and businesses! We will be playing some fun and interactive games throughout the evening to raise money for Hospice of Laramie patients. If you bring cash or check, that works for the Wine Pull and Games as well!

🍻 Cash Bar (Donation-Based): In addition to the Wine, Cider, Beer and Mead tastings, you can enjoy our cash bar (donation-based) where you can pay through the silent auction platform or with cash or check.
